About Fox Tracks

Fox Tracks is a family-friendly app that helps children complete the Couch to 5K running programme. By using Fox Tracks, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who Can Use Fox Tracks

• Adults must be 18 years or older to create a family account
• Children can use Fox Tracks with permission from their parent or guardian
• Adults are responsible for supervising children's use of the service
• Adults are responsible for ensuring children exercise safely

Your Account

Account Security

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• Don't share your login details with anyone outside your family
• Let us know immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without permission

Accurate Information

Please provide accurate information when creating your account. We may need to verify your email address.

Using the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use Fox Tracks only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use automated tools to access the service

Exercise Safety

Fox Tracks provides workout guidance but is not a substitute for medical advice. Before starting any exercise programme:

• Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns
• Ensure children are physically able to participate
• Supervise children during workouts
• Stop exercising if experiencing pain or discomfort

The Service

What We Provide

• A structured 12-week running programme
• Progress tracking and streak calculations
• Family account management
• Workout logging and review features

Service Availability

We aim to keep Fox Tracks available and working well, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to update, change, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

Account Termination

By You

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. This permanently removes all your family's data from our systems.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the service in a way that could harm others
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the service

We'll try to give you notice before terminating your account, unless urgent action is needed.

Intellectual Property

Fox Tracks, including its design, content, and features, is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Fox Tracks without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Fox Tracks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or achieve any particular fitness results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fox Tracks.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Physical injuries from exercise activities
• Loss of data or progress
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in the programme content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which is currently free).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Fox Tracks after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
